This is co-educational school. The medium of instruction is English and the students are encouraged to communicate in English within the school premises.

The School has been granted affiliation by The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (I.C.S.E), New Delhi, India.

Beside regular games, other co-curricular activities like debating, elocution, singing competition etc. are organized from time to time. With a team of dedicated teachers and enthusiastic students, the school has upheld its honor in various fields.

LocationBeyond the woods of moss covered Magnolia and Rhododendrons, Pedong town is located at about 15 kilometers away to the east of Kalimpong town. The famous Silk Route of the early sixties between India and Tibet crosses this quiet and peaceful town. Situated in the lap of a historic site, at about 1500 meters above sea level, the climate is pleasant with the temperature ranging between 18 to 23 degree celsius in summer and 5 to 8 degree celsius in winter. The top of hill known as Damsang Gadhi (fort) was the last strong hold of the last Lepcha King Gayboo Achyuk. The moderate climate with simple and friendly people around provides an excellent atmosphere for learning.

Principal's Message

The process of learning never stops. We learn when someone teaches us. We learn by ourselves through several sources and media today. We learn while we teach. Some of us learn the hard way and some of us are fortunate to have the right environment for learning. Over the years of learning - teaching - learning experiences, I have come to realise that learning can be fun. It is my desire and wish that learning may be an enjoyable experience in Grace. After all, it is the GRACE of God that matters the most. - Principal
